Neumann Job Fair

Attention members. Neumann University will be hosting a job fair for student workers this Thursday August 31st, 2017 from 3pm – 5pm in the Mirenda Center Bayada Atrium. Any member with available job opportunities for Neumann Students are encouraged to attend the event and contact the event coordinator, Coleen Nedbalski at 610-358-4587 or NEDBALSC@neumann.edu to make arrangements for student employee placements.

16th Annual Golf Outing – Save the date

In commemoration of the tragic events of September 11, 2001, Aston Business Association is sponsoring the sixteenth Annual 9-11 Golf Tournament. The proceeds will be donated to the Aston Fire Police, the Aston Township Fire Department and the Aston Police Department. The Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, September 25, 2017 at Downingtown Country Club. Registration starts at 11:00am and lunch will be available from 11:00am until 12:00pm. The shotgun scramble will begin at 12:00pm. Barbecue Dinner will be served upon completion.

We are seeking participation from our local businesses in support of the outing. Please contribute by joining us for a great day of golf and fun! Attached you will find the application for golf as well as sponsorship and donation opportunities.

DELCO Night at the Philadelphia Union – May 17th

Come out to see the Philadelphia Union on Wednesday May 17th as they take on the Houston Dynamo and support the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce!

Did you know that if you are a paid member of the Aston Business Association, your ABA member dues can be applied to your Delaware County Chamber of Commerce annual dues? That’s a $50 discount on your Delco Chamber dues if you join both groups. Just make sure your ABA dues are paid up when you apply at the chamber website.

TOY DRIVE – ABA & Neighbors Helping Neighbors

The Neighbors Helping Neighbors 2016 Toy Drive is underway! ABA and NHN are asking for your contributions to help make this Holiday Season special for your neighbors in need. All contributions of a new unwrapped toy that you drop into one of our Neighbors Helping Neighbors bins will go directly to help make the Holiday special for a member of our Aston Community that is in need this season.

Drop bins will only be available at the following locations through December 10th, so get out there and fill those bins!

Aston Township Announces 2nd Annual Holiday Decorating Contest!

The Aston Township Parks and Recreation Committee along with the Aston Township Board of Commissioners, are happy to announce the Second Annual Aston Township Holiday Decorating Contest!

The contest will be open to all residences and businesses within Aston Township. We are asking participants to join in the fun this holiday season throughout the month of December with final judging completed by December 16, 2016.

Businesses will be required to register their intent to participate. Registration form and online registration is available at AstonTownship.net

Open ABA Event: Using Video to Grow Your Business

Monday, April 18, 2016 at IceWorks Pub & Grill starting at 6:00 p.m.

All Aston Business are encouraged to join us for another Business to Business information session to help you do business better!

A representative from Avanti Vision will join us and deliver a presentation designed to share insight into how a small business owner can use video and the internet to grow your business.

The event will take place at the IceWorks Pub & Grill, located between rinks 3&4 at the IceWorks Skating Complex, 3100 Dutton Mill Rd. on Monday, April 18 starting at 6 p.m.
